Counselling Session Fees and Terms

Session Fees

Initial 15-minute telephone consultation: Free

Standard individual therapy session (online via Zoom): $145 incl. GST

Standard individual therapy session (in-person at Brookvale): $160 incl. GST

Booking a Session

I offer Zoom sessions for those who prefer the convenience and comfort of their home or find it difficult to attend in person.

For face-to-face sessions, I have a practice room in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Cancelling a Session

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session will incur the full fee.

Late Arrival to a Session

If you arrive late for your session, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to avoid disrupting other client appointments.

Please note that fees will not be reduced for sessions shortened due to late arrivals.

Privacy Policy

At Tara King Counselling, your privacy is important. I collect and securely store personal information that helps us provide a safe, informed and effective counselling service, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your information is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent unless required by law. I take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and you may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time. Social Media Boundaries

To maintain professional boundaries, I do not accept friend requests from current or former clients on any social media platforms.
