Counselling Session Fees and Terms

Initial 15-minute telephone consultation: Free

Standard individual therapy session (online via Zoom): $130 incl. GST

Standard individual therapy session (in-person at Brookvale): $145 incl. GST

I offer Zoom sessions for those who prefer the convenience and comfort of their home or find it difficult to attend in person.

For face-to-face sessions, I have a practice room in Brookvale, NSW Northern Beaches.

While in-person sessions must be booked at least one week in advance, there is more flexibility for Zoom appointments, depending on availability.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will incur the full fee.

If you arrive late for your session, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to avoid disrupting other client appointments.

Please note that fees will not be reduced for sessions shortened due to late arrivals.

I do not record therapy sessions, whether conducted online via Zoom or in person.

This policy is in place to ensure confidentiality, trust, and a safe therapeutic environment for all clients.

To maintain professional boundaries, I do not accept friend requests from current or former clients on any social media platforms.
